Korean Beef Tacos

A food truck favorite made in your own kitchen!

1 (16-ounce) package Farm Rich Smokehouse Pulled Beef Brisket, thawed
½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chili oil
12 small tortillas
Cilantro, thinly sliced English cucumber, pickled carrots, and thinly sliced radish for toppings
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add the brisket, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
Cook until heated through (about 20 minutes), stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and chili oil.
Set aside.
Heat tortillas in a hot skillet.
Spread each tortilla with some of the mayonnaise mixture.
Top with meat, cilantro, cucumber, carrot, and radish.

For Lettuce Wraps:

Divide meat mixture between lettuce leaves, top each with a small dollop of the mayonnaise, cilantro, cucumber, carrot, and radish.

For Sandwiches:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice 4 baguette rolls open lengthwise and slather the insides with the mayonnaise mixture.
Arrange the baguettes on a baking sheet and bake until hot and crusty (about 5 minutes).
Remove the baguettes from the oven and fill each with ¼ of the meat mixture.
Top with cilantro, cucumber, carrot, and radish.
